Does anyone know where I can find some cheap art? Doesn't have to be famous artists - just good paintings!

4. Springs coming up, and I suspect that most cities are like Dallas and Fort Worth where we always have a few art festivals going on when it is nice.
5. What is cheap art? Could art be expensive? Is US$500 cheap enough? Would you buy artwork or latest mobile?
