  1. During Hitler's Regime all modern Art and Music was banned. Jazz was also forbidden because it was thought of as "Negermusik" - Music of the N... s. Radio programs were mostly composed of propaganda ,German Folk songs,Classical Music. Some modern German Music was allowed for example Sarah Leander. In the Movie theaters mostly German films were shown by Leni Riefenstahl and the odd American,English or French movie from long before the war. Italy had a Film industry that turned out movies by the dozen according to the rules set by their Fascist Regime (Mussolini) these of course found their way into the German theaters. The Germans who belonged to the Fascist party got the best jobs and at some point could afford the famous "beetle" Volkswagen. However halfway through the war things changed for most of them because all the fuel and metal was needed for arms ,bombs etc. I cannot say for sure if Tarzan would have been allowed,I think not because it implies a white guy living with wild animals and colored people.
  2. Tarzan films, picasso, jazz would certainly be banned. Radio was controlled and foreign broadcasts were banned to listeners. most Germans could not afford to buy a car
