2. That is not going to happen. Replicas are the way to go if you want to get cheap, but nice looking art. Even so, you will be hard pressed to find them for under twenty dollars. Here is a site for replicas, but the prices begin around $100. http://www.canvasreplicas.com/Renaissance.htm
3. Virtually any Renaissance painting would be worth many thousands of dollars, the better ones millions and the best would now be about 100million plus. I think you may have to make do with a replica. Or for $20 all you would get is a poster.
