Where Can You Buy Great Paintings For Cheap?

My room is very dull, and im into paintings and bold pictures, but i cant seem to find any artwork for cheap? I cant buy it offline so thats ruled out. Have any suggestions? By the way im into Sylvia Ji's artwork, or anything similar to that. Im also into abstract art. :)

1. Go to local art shows. The prices are usually reasonable. Or buy prints from an art museum.
2. Prints of your favorite artists' work, art students at local schools, try your own hand at it. Small pieces by artists may be low priced enough for you. China has a budding market of painters who are good to great, and some excellent reproductions are coming out of there. Starving artists shows have framed art or prints for prices too low help out any artist with the bills. Antique shops, thrift stores, yard and garage sales. I once ran into the yard sale of a local newspaper illustrator who had passed away. His wife had selected her favorite pieces to keep and was selling hundreds more. It was a treasure trove for those of us who liked his style. You never know what you'll find. Be patient. Posters are another very cheap source of decoration.
