Room decor for a teen. Please help!?

okay so Im 13 and I have a comforter picked out. Its elegant yet chic. http://www.laurenslinens.com/ssateortwcoe.html I really want a chandelier, but a cheap one around $50. And a rug and wall decor and also a makeup vanity like the broadway stars use. I want to keep everything in close colors and still chic. I need my room to look chic for friends.
