I need a website that has neon room decor for teens that's cheap?

Okay, So My room has been pink Sense second grade. And Im gona change the room. SO, We dont have much money. And Im 12. So I want My room to be Like, neon. With neon colors and black walls and stuff. glow in the dark. And I cant find any sites that have Neon stuff in it for teen room decor. SO CAN YA HELP ME?!?! Plz?

2. Put your natural creative abilities together and do your own! Start with a plan - sounds like you already know what you want, in theory. So, now go through the house, garage, garage sales, swap meets, etc. and find accessory pieces that you like the shape of. Empty bottles, vases, cardboard boxes, lamp shades, mobiles, etc. Next, hit the shopping scene. Go to Walmart, Target, KMart, etc. and look at (1) gift wrapping paper (2) wall paper (3) contact paper (4)ribbons and sewing accessories and (5) art supplies (6) jewelery (great beads and neon bobbles there!). Find neon, glow in the dark, and everything you like. Take a look at some glow in the dark paint. $20 - $30 could go a long way on these items. Look at a few posters with neon. Next, assemble all your "treasures" and put your creativity to work and come up with your own designs. Keeping things "portable" instead of changing the walls, ceiling, and floor will save you money and keep you from getting bored down the road. You will go through many changes from ages 12 to 16, so keep it simple so you can make changes at will for your taste at the time. Right now it's neon, but it won't always be. So plan accordingly. If you keep your walls, bedding and furniture neutral or solid, then you can use your accessories that you create to spice up the room with neon without spending a lot of money and you can add to it. Besides, it will be "your design" - an "original". And that's better than anything you can buy! And if you make a mistake and don't like it, you haven't blown your budget, and you can create something else, or more of what turned out really good!
