cheap teen room decor?

i need to redecorate my room CHEAP cuz my room looks the same as it did wen i wuz 9 now in 15 also im not allowed to put holes in the wall hang up posters or paint :(

1. Stores ikea target can you use tape on the walls? pick a really fun comforter cover and pillows add a comfy rug on the floor and find some interesting or pretty lamps
2. get a new comforter and curtains and if your budget allows maybe a rug to match. you can also rearrange your furniture.
