Are cheap, reproduction oil paintings made in China generally of good quality?
Particularly I was wondering about the paintings offered on http://www.oilpaintings-sales.com/ Thanks for any input. The site says they're handpainted reproductions. Should I doubt that they are?

- The paint probably won't fall off the canvas, if that's what you mean, but they are not considered good art or something you'd want in your home.
- yesh they are. there just prints so yes there good qualitiy
- No art product made in China for sale in America is worth owning. Everything about it will be inferior. All the economic corners will have been cut. They don't make decent pigments or dyes. Do you think they care about quality? The idea of reproductions is to make junk. Why do you think a culture that makes mostly junk would make good reproductions?
