Cheap Dorm Room Decorations?

I'm living in residence this year, and I want to decorate the boring room. I don't really want to spend a lot of money, maybe nothing at all. So far, i've made wall art (collages) and a bulletin board. Any suggestions? oh, and we're only allowed to use sticky tack on the walls, as they don't want any damages
